Lil Frank’s BBQ is a mobile-grill catering service based in Beloit, WI.
Frank Carroll Jr. (Lil Frank) started grilling over 20 years ago, being called upon to grill for his family and friends. Over time he grew a passion that would leave him dreaming of his own business.
He began competing in BBQ contests and catering events alongside his childhood friend, Kirk Askew (Uncle Booker's Bar-B-Kew). After a few years of competition, catering and seeing the smiles of satisfied customers, Lil Frank decided it was finally time to go into business for himself. Lil Frank bought an oil drum and called his friend and metal-fabricator, Patrick Haskins, to help him customize a grill/smoker.
Lil Frank thanks his friends and family for the encouragement and support to make his dream come true.
